Food Studies at CUNY

Food studies is a newly emerging field of study combining elements of liberal arts, anthropology, sociology, health and nutrition, history and policy. A degree, concentration or certificate in food studies can help prepare students for a wide-range of career pathways, as well as advanced graduate study, research and teaching.
