We are working to incubate food studies and related disciplines in the CUNY system by providing students and faculty with a comprehensive listing of food policy and nutrition related courses and degree programs. By collecting and centralizing this information we hope to make it easier for members of the University community who are interested in working on food to pursue studies and collaborate on projects both social and academic. This resource will support a variety of objectives integral to the Institute mission including supporting research activities and developing a Good Food Jobs workforce, and will be available here.
